An OSGEMEOS artwork, a R$45,000 Louis Vuitton trunk and a R$5.5 million home for her mom: inside Marina Ruy Barbosa's world as she dares a user to 'prove' a Vorcaro affair

Marina Ruy Barbosa did not let it slide. On Saturday (Oct. 3), the actress replied on X to a post hinting at an involvement between banker Daniel Vorcaro and 'a redhead,' without naming anyone: 'The only contact I had was with his girlfriend, Martha. If you want to insinuate something, prove it.' When the author claimed to be talking about someone else, she again demanded the 'courage to name names and show evidence,' according to Metrópoles. Far from the controversy, Marina's refuge is a mansion in Barra da Tijuca, in Rio's West Zone, which she often shows on social media.

The house blends modern and classic, with open-plan rooms and plenty of natural light. The decor's centerpiece is a work by street-art duo OSGEMEOS, bringing graffiti into the living room. Along the way there are Italian vases, crystal glassware, books and flower arrangements, plus a custom Louis Vuitton trunk bearing the actress's initials, valued at around R$45,000, according to the newspaper Correio. Outside, a pool surrounded by greenery completes the urban-retreat feel. In 2022, the press estimated the property at R$12 million; it is where she lived with her ex-husband, Alexandre Negrão.

Her taste for statement properties doesn't stop at her own home. In 2022, Marina bought her mother, Gioconda, a house worth about R$5.5 million in a gated community in Rio, according to CARAS. The duplex has more than 730 square meters of built area, geometric architecture, four bedrooms (two en suite, the master with a walk-in closet and office), an open kitchen with an island and two pools, one of them an infinity pool on the terrace. Condo fees run about R$1,900 a month, and the annual property tax is around R$25,000.
