The Canadian singer bought a house in the Beverly Grove neighborhood in 2022 for $4.6 million, roughly R$24 million at the exchange rate of the time.

The purchase came shortly after his split from Camila Cabello. Built in 1974, the property has about 371 square meters (around 4,000 square feet) over two floors, with five bedrooms and six full bathrooms, behind a classical, Parisian-inspired facade.

Inside, the design goes monochrome: beige and cream tones, plenty of raw wood and French clay finishes in the kitchen. The result is a sober, cozy space, far from the flashy style typical of pop stars' mansions.

Outside, the house has a pool and a landscaped lawn, designed as a place to unwind between tours and recording sessions. Specialized sites estimate Shawn's net worth at around $40 million, a figure that is only an estimate and has not been officially confirmed.
