Court gives Arthur Aguiar 15 days to leave a luxury São Paulo apartment
Rent on the unit is R$59,300 a month; the BBB 22 winner has not commented.

The ruling came from Judge Diego Ferreira Mendes of the 4th Civil Court of Pinheiros, in a suit filed by the property's owner, SPE II JFL 125 Empreendimento Imobiliário.
According to the case, the monthly rent is R$59,340. The order sets a 15-day deadline to vacate and a security deposit of R$178,020, equal to three months' rent. The building offers furnished units, daily breakfast, room service and valet parking.
Contacted by CNN Brasil, Arthur Aguiar and the company had not responded as of publication. The case surfaced the same week the actor was announced in the celebrity cast of 'Ilhados com a Sogra'.
