Sergio Ramos's former home, 2,500 m² and a gym with Pelé and Jordan: inside Vini Jr.'s Madrid mansion where Virginia is staying with her daughters
Valued at around €6 million, the La Moraleja house has 7 bedrooms, two pools, a cinema and glass trophy displays.
Foto: Reprodução/Gazeta de S.PauloVirginia Fonseca landed in Spain in recent days with her daughters Maria Alice, 5, and Maria Flor, 3, and is staying at the home of her boyfriend, Vini Jr. It was from there that on Tuesday (6) the influencer reposted a meme about a husband arriving with bags from WePink, her brand, to cheer up his sad wife, captioned 'ai siiiim', which followers quickly read as a hint aimed at the Real Madrid forward. The address hosting the family is in La Moraleja, an upscale residential area in Alcobendas, in the Madrid region.
The mansion has about 2,500 m² of built area, seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, two pools (one indoor, one outdoor), a cinema room, party room, spa and a full gym decorated with images of Pelé, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan. There is also a gold monogram on the walls, glass panels to display trophies, a covered garage for six cars, a gourmet area, a large garden and a multi-sport court. Spanish press estimates put the property at 6 to 7 million euros, roughly R$43 million.
The house once belonged to Sergio Ramos and presenter Pilar Rubio, and Vini Jr. reportedly lives there under a rent-to-buy arrangement, according to the show El Chiringuito, a common setup for players in Madrid. The neighborhood has private security and sits close to the airport and the financial district; Modric, Rodrygo and Valverde have had homes in the area. In October 2025 the mansion had a scare: a fire started in the basement sauna, likely from an electrical fault, spread across two floors and was put out by firefighters, with no injuries.
