Kylie Jenner was 19 when, in late 2016, she paid $12.05 million for a mansion in Hidden Hills, the gated enclave outside Los Angeles that became the Kardashian-Jenner clan's favorite zip code. Almost a decade later, the house finally has a new owner.

It spans more than 13,000 square feet on 1.4 acres, with eight bedrooms. The open floor plan has glass walls linking the living areas to the outdoors, and the amenities include a theater, a game room with wet bar, a gym, a massage room, an office with fireplace, a guest wing and a primary suite with two dressing rooms. Outside are a pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, fire-pit lounge and a six-car garage.

Getting to a sale took a while. The home was listed in March 2026 at $20.25 million, cut to $17.99 million a month later and finally sold for $15.3 million, closing on Sept. 11 — nearly $5 million below the original ask, though still above what Jenner paid.

She isn't going far. In 2020 she bought a roughly 5-acre lot in the same neighborhood for $15 million, where she is building what she called her 'beautiful dream Italian home': according to HELLO!, about 18,000 square feet with a 12-car garage, guesthouse, sport court, security office and pool.
