Gusttavo Lima spent the week in the headlines over his visits to Daniel Vorcaro's penthouse, but the singer's most impressive address is far from Goiânia. Since 2024, the sertanejo star has owned a mansion in Hollywood Beach, in the Miami area, valued at about R$65 million (US$11.9 million at the time of purchase). According to SBT News, the property was acquired through the singer's company, Balada Eventos e Produções, and had sold for US$6.9 million three years earlier.

The lot covers about 4,500 m², nearly half a football field, and the main house exceeds 700 m². It has six suites, an office, open living areas with a kitchen, an indoor elevator, a smart-home system and scenic lighting. The decor, bought along with the house, leans on white, with honed limestone floors, a walnut ceiling in part of the house and a custom pool table, according to Metrópoles and Jornal Opção.

The outdoor area is what makes the address famous: a curved infinity pool facing the water, a swim-up bar, a hot tub, a lit tennis court, a gazebo with a kitchen and gas fireplace, and a full dock with boat and jet ski lifts. His friend Marrone showed off the view, filming the house from a boat: 'Know where I am? In front of my friend Gusttavo Lima's house. Beautiful house, wonderful, totally top.'
