Celebrity makeup rules the feed. According to Traackr's Creator Advantage 2026 report, cited by Fortune, five of the ten best-performing beauty brands in influencer marketing were founded by celebrities: Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics at No. 2, Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty at No. 3, Hailey Bieber's Rhode at No. 4, Ariana Grande's R.E.M. Beauty at No. 5 and Huda Kattan's Huda Beauty at No. 6.

The money follows. Rhode was bought by e.l.f. Beauty in 2025 in a deal worth up to $1 billion, and Rare Beauty is valued at around $2.7 billion. Beauty is also the sector that mobilizes the most creators: the number of influencers talking about brands reached 22,100, up 66% in a year, while each one's average audience size fell 30%.

Fame, however, is no guarantee. Fortune notes that Gwen Stefani's GXVE Beauty shut down in early 2026 and that Drew Barrymore's Flower Beauty ceased operations in September 2025. 'Not all creators will be able to launch their own brands,' said Ashley Villa, founder of agency Rare Global.
