'Grey's Anatomy' star Jesse Williams and Alejandra Onieva welcome first child, Hector
The actor announced the birth with a video riffing on a scene from Spike Lee's 'Do the Right Thing'.
Foto: Getty ImagesJesse Williams, 45, and Spanish actress Alejandra Onieva, 34, have welcomed their first child together. The actor shared the news on Instagram on Monday (Sept. 28) with a video of himself opening the fridge for a baby bottle.
In the caption he riffed on a line from Spike Lee's 'Do the Right Thing' (1989): 'I want my son to speak English. Bad enough his name is Hector.' That is how the baby's name became public.
The two met on the set of Prime Video's 'Hotel Costiera', were first seen together in Milan in September 2025 and, according to US reports, quietly married this year. Williams, forever Dr. Jackson Avery, has two children from his marriage to Aryn Drake-Lee.
