Seven suites, a wine cellar, a spa and no neighbors across the street: inside the R$27 million mansion Zé Felipe bought after splitting from Virginia — now up for sale

The 1,380 m² home, in the same luxury gated community in Goiânia where Virginia lives with the couple's three children, is being offered fully furnished by a broker on social media.

The mansion Brazilian singer Zé Felipe bought in June 2025, shortly after announcing the end of his marriage to influencer Virginia Fonseca, is on the market for R$27 million. The property sits in one of Goiânia's most exclusive gated communities — the same one where Virginia lives with Maria Alice, Maria Flor and José Leonardo — and was shown off in a video by broker Gabriela Garcia: 'This is where Zé Felipe lived and had a beautiful story, and now this house can be yours.'

The numbers are striking: about 3,430 m² of land and 1,380 m² of built area, with seven suites — the main one with a walk-in closet and bathtub — plus a home theater, wine cellar, spa, music room, office and playroom. The house is sold furnished and, according to the broker, sits on the upper part of the community with an open view and nothing built directly in front.

The singer no longer lives there: in May he began moving into a new Goiânia mansion designed with a princess room for Maria Flor, a superhero room for Maria Alice, a music studio, a gym and even a pool inside the master suite, Band reported. Now, according to Quem magazine as cited by Portal Uai, Zé Felipe is preparing to spend about a month in Miami recording a new music project, in a rented home.
