Bruna Marquezine and Cauã Reymond have Brazil's most beautiful smiles, according to 239 dentists — and Gianecchini nearly ties

Brazil's most beautiful smile has a winner on each side, at least according to the people who know teeth best. A survey by the brand Curaprox, in partnership with Holding Comunicações, polled 239 Brazilian dentists between April and September 2026 and put Bruna Marquezine and Cauã Reymond at the top. Questions were open-ended, with no preset list of names, and percentages were calculated over the total number of participants.

Among women, Bruna won with 27 mentions (11.3%), ahead of Isis Valverde and Juliana Paes, tied at 17 (7.1%). Next come Taís Araújo (12 mentions, 5%), Gisele Bündchen (11, 4.6%), Sandy (9, 3.8%) and Paolla Oliveira (8, 3.3%). The ranking adds to a high-profile moment for Bruna, who is in the spotlight for her relationship with singer Shawn Mendes.

On the men's side, the race at the top was much tighter: Cauã Reymond got 42 mentions (17.6%), just three more than Reynaldo Gianecchini, with 39 (16.3%). Far behind are Caio Castro and Klebber Toledo, tied with 6 mentions (2.5%), and a trio with 4 mentions each (1.7%): Léo Santana, Luan Santana and Neymar.
