The Spanish artist performs to promote 'Lux', her 2025 album that hit No. 1 on the US Top Classical Albums, Top Latin Albums and World Albums charts and reached No. 4 on the Billboard 200.
The host is comedian Shane Gillis, fronting the show for the third time. Gillis was once hired as an 'SNL' cast member but was later fired over past comments that drew heavy backlash; he went on to become a stand-up phenomenon, selling more than 77,000 tickets to a July 17 show at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field, and starred in the Netflix series 'Tires'.
The episode airs at 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC and streams on Peacock. Rosalía's setlist has not been announced. According to American Songwriter, 'SNL' is expected to take a break of several weeks around Halloween after this episode.
