From Pedro Sampaio's KATSEYE remix to Lil Nas X's return: the Friday releases you need to hear

1. Lil Nas X – 'World's Greatest!': the rapper's first new song in about a year and a half, written solely by him and dedicated to his mother, Tamikia Hill, who appears via voicemail in the Atlanta-shot video. Out Thursday (Oct. 1), it leads the week.

4. Angèle, Caroline Polachek and SebastiAn – 'Love Triangle': French pop meets American art pop on this preview of 'Instinct,' the Belgian singer's third album.
