Rio Film Festival, the movie 'Glaxo' and a giant speaker: Lali turns 35 in Rio de Janeiro, gets a birthday song from viral African dancers and a tribute from Pedro Rosemblat weeks before their wedding
The Argentine star is celebrating her birthday in Brazil, where she is accompanying Benjamín Naishtat's film at the Rio festival.

The singer and actress traveled to Brazil for the Rio de Janeiro Film Festival, where she is accompanying director Benjamín Naishtat at the presentation of 'Glaxo,' in which she plays 'La Negra' Miranda alongside Marcelo Subiotto, Esteban Bigliardi and Esteban Lamothe. According to Infobae, she is among more than 40 international guests at the event. The night before, from her hotel room, she showed off two pink looks on her stories and told her broadcast channel: 'It's my birthday in a little while, 35!!!'
Tributes came from far away. Niudance, a group of African dancers that sells personalized videos for about US$50, posted a clip in which more than a dozen young people, in front of straw huts, hold a photo of Lali and a sign reading 'Feliz cumpleaños Lali Espósito, we love you so much,' sing happy birthday in Spanish and even try bits of 'Mejor que vos,' her collaboration with Miranda!. Lali liked the video; fans speculated her fiancé ordered the surprise, which has not been confirmed.
Pedro Rosemblat, meanwhile, picked an unusual photo for his tribute: in his Saturday afternoon stories, Lali appears in a cap, alone, carrying a huge speaker. 'Because in this life no challenge is too big for you. Happy birthday, my love,' he wrote, set to Jairo's 'Viva el sol.' The couple's wedding is only weeks away, but the date has not been made public.
