A bar requested by Leonardo, a beach-style pool and a soccer field: inside the 16,000 sq ft mansion Marrone is building in Goiânia — and his 20,000-head cattle ranch

Marrone, of the sertanejo duo Bruno & Marrone, is building a mansion with about 1,500 m² (roughly 16,000 sq ft) of floor space on a 5,000 m² lot in Residencial Aldeia do Vale, in eastern Goiânia. The gated community, founded in 1997, has more than 4 million m² of green space and 19 lakes, and is already home to Leonardo, Zé Felipe and Amado Batista. Architect Patrícia Moreno designed the three-story house with six suites, an elevator, a music studio, a home cinema and a closet just for stage outfits.

Outside there is a beach-shaped pool with a sand-like finish, a glass sauna, a hot tub, a fireplace area for winter, a private soccer field and an LED panel built into the floor for watching games and shows. Then there's the bar, which wasn't in the original plans: according to the architect, it was requested by his neighbor and longtime friend. 'You don't drink, but I do. I want you to build me a bar in your house,' Leonardo reportedly said. The build uses the Arxx system — foam blocks filled with concrete — for faster construction and better thermal and acoustic insulation; the foundation and first floor are done, with completion expected in 2027. The price wasn't disclosed, though top-tier homes in the community can approach R$30 million.

Far from the city, the singer has an even bigger retreat: the Favo de Mel ranch in Jussara, in rural Goiás, spanning more than 35,000 hectares with about 20,000 head of Nelore cattle. It has a huge lake for sport fishing, a volleyball court, a pool with an 'M' design on the bottom and a main house with nine suites, and it hosts agribusiness events that draw buyers from across Brazil.
