A thousand hectares, a lake for jet skis and sport fishing, a football field and even a plane with half a ton of drugs on the airstrip: inside Fazenda Talismã, Leonardo's R$60 million retreat

In the interior of Goiás, the 63-year-old singer's property combines cattle and horse breeding with a private resort for family and friends.

Leonardo's Fazenda Talismã is located in Jussara, about 220 km from Goiânia, and covers roughly 1,000 hectares valued at more than R$60 million, according to Caras Brasil and the news site Mais Goiás. Besides operating as a business, with cattle and horse breeding, the property has become the leisure headquarters of the 63-year-old sertanejo star, who often hosts relatives and close friends there — it is where, for example, he celebrated his 60th birthday with his family.

Its signature feature is a large artificial lake with calm waters, used for jet skiing, pedal boats and sport fishing, with a wooden deck at the water's edge that has become a favorite sunset spot. Near the main house there is a large pool facing the lake, with loungers, umbrellas and a gourmet kiosk for barbecues. The list also includes a grass five-a-side football field, sports courts and woodland trails explored by quad bike or on horseback.

The ranch has also made headlines for a far less relaxing reason: on November 10, 2023, a plane loaded with drugs landed without permission on the property's airstrip. According to the newspaper O Popular, citing Goiás Military Police, the aircraft was carrying half a ton of cocaine base paste. The episode did not cost Talismã its status as the singer's favorite retreat, where he alternates between rancher life and playing host.
