The Grammy-nominated, multi-platinum Atlanta rapper releases 'Pop It', a solo single whose artwork was revealed earlier in the week. In the announcement, the artist's team described the track as 'only the beginning' of his next musical chapter — and Hip Hop Vibe connects the release to 'Splurge', the album being pointed to as his next project, still without a date.
The single follows a year in which Gunna was busy both inside and outside the studio. He took on the role of creative director at Under Armour and became global brand ambassador for P-Star, a platform built with the brand. He also signed partnerships with Cymbiotika, Flerish Hydration, PATH Water and Peloton, and started hosting the Wunna Run Club, with 5K runs open to the public.
His community work continues through Gunna's Great Giveaway, a charitable initiative that now includes the WUNNA Run 5K. His most recent full-length album remains 2025's 'The Last Wun'. There are no details yet on the producers of 'Pop It' or on any tour tied to the new era.
