On Friday morning (9) he completed a 318-kilometer pilgrimage by bike along the Caminho da Fé (Way of Faith) and arrived at the National Shrine of Aparecida in São Paulo state, three days before the October 12 holiday honoring Brazil's patron saint. The route began in Águas da Prata (SP) and ran through southern Minas Gerais.
He rode with a group of friends and, along the way, crossed paths with other pilgrims, chatted with fans and even sang with some of them. On arrival, the group posed in front of the shrine's tribune and visited the image of Our Lady of Aparecida.
In an interview with Portal A12, quoted by Portal LeoDias, Daniel described what struck him most on the road: 'The birds, the silence, the water, the sound of the water, the smell.' For him, the experience strengthens faith — 'It is our fuel,' he said. It is not his first time: in 2024 he also made the pilgrimage to Aparecida and celebrated his 56th birthday during the trip.
