Hundreds gathered outside without tickets, the stadium's TransMilenio station was temporarily closed due to crowding and 2,900 officers were deployed on a rainy day when umbrellas were banned inside.
2. 'Hooligan' up top and hits back to back: the 'ARIRANG' tour show kicked off shortly after 8 p.m. with 'Hooligan' and ran through 'Fake Love', 'Fire', 'Mic Drop' and 'Butter'.
3. Two surprises off the script: 'I'm Fine' and 'So What' were added to the setlist for South American fans and sent the stadium into a frenzy.
4. The crowd as the headliner: Colombian ARMY staged a fan project that lit up the stands in yellow, blue and red, the colors of the national flag, sang the Korean lyrics of 'Body to Body' and delivered a 'SWIM' singalong so loud that local press singled it out.
5. Improvised Spanish: the members tried out rehearsed phrases such as 'it's our first time in Bogotá' and even the local slang 'que chimba'. J-Hope said the crowd's energy made them wonder why they hadn't come sooner; Jimin said these were the loudest voices they had ever heard; and V promised to speak better Spanish next time. The second and final Bogotá date takes place this Saturday (Oct. 3).
