Walker Scobell headlined the 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' panel on New York Comic Con's main stage on Saturday (10) and brought a never-before-seen scene from the Season 3 premiere. In the clip, Percy, Annabeth, Grover and Thalia arrive at the Westover Hall school dance to Daft Punk's 'One More Time' to extract siblings Bianca and Nico di Angelo. When the DJ plays Billy Joel's 'She's Always a Woman', Annabeth pulls Percy onto the floor, and it is during the slow dance that he spots a monster in the corner of the room.

During the roughly 45-minute conversation, Scobell praised Levi Chrisopulos, who plays Nico, said Rick Riordan visited the set, including for the finale, and teased that the season takes a slightly different path from the book, with a garage scene shot near the end of production. Kate McKinnon was singled out as the funniest guest star.

Season 3 adapts 'The Titan's Curse', the third book in the series, and premieres on November 20 with two episodes on Disney+, followed by two a week through December 11. Disney also revealed the titles of the eight chapters, such as 'I Learn How to Grow Zombies' and 'The Gods Vote How to Kill Us'. Dafne Keen and Saara Chaudry are among the cast newcomers.
