Few homes carry as much movie history as Angelina Jolie's in Hollywood. The Beaux-Arts mansion sits in Laughlin Park, a gated Hollywood enclave, and was listed in 2026 for $29.85 million by Sotheby's International Realty's Beverly Hills brokerage, according to a roundup by real estate site JamesEdition of celebrity homes that hit the market in the first half of the year. According to the listing, it is the first time in a generation the property has been offered.

The original house dates to 1913 and was designed by architect B. Cooper Corbett. In 1916 it was bought by Cecil B. DeMille, one of Hollywood's founding fathers and the director of 'The Ten Commandments'. DeMille later expanded the estate by incorporating the house next door, once home to none other than Charlie Chaplin. The two buildings are linked by a glass corridor that, according to the listing, is believed to be the work of Julia Morgan, the architect of Hearst Castle.

It has six bedrooms, ten bathrooms and about 11,000 square feet of living space on a 1.96-acre lot. The perks include a wine cellar, library, fitness studio, pool house and even a tea house, all surrounded by century-old trees with views of the Hollywood Hills and Griffith Observatory.

According to JamesEdition, the estate 'has changed hands just once per generation' — making Jolie's mansion a kind of living relic of Hollywood's golden age. It appears on the same list as homes belonging to Jennifer Lawrence ($11.5 million), Jennifer Aniston ($9.995 million) and Orlando Bloom ($12 million), but it is by far the priciest of the group.
