Foto: Reprodução/Contigo!Leo Dias has backtracked: the celebrity journalist announced on Jornal dos Famosos that he will no longer sue Sergio Hondjakoff, known as Serginho, a contestant on A Fazenda 18. On the show, the actor claimed his mother had 'worked things out' with Leo and had to pay so that an incident at a nightclub would not be exposed.
Earlier, on Band's Melhor da Tarde, Leo flatly denied any bribe, said Serginho would have to prove his claims and revealed his lawyer had already sent legal notices. The actor's mother, Carmen Lúcia Hondjakoff, also denied the story in an audio message, saying she had never spoken to the journalist.
The change of heart came after a message from Leo's father, Helmo Dias, who urged his son to show compassion for the actor's mother: 'Have pity on this woman, a suffering mother!'. That same week, Serginho became the Farmer and escaped elimination.
