Foto: NetflixNetflix has dated 'The One About Matthew Perry', a three-part docuseries about the actor who played Chandler Bing on 'Friends'. It premieres October 27, one day before the third anniversary of his death.
Emmy-winning Mary Robertson directs. Perry's sister, Mia Perry Bowick, provided never-before-seen videos and photos, and more than 20 people from his life, including Kevin Pollak and director Jonathan Lynn, are interviewed. Netflix says it aims to show 'the real Matthew Perry — generous, funny, vulnerable, larger than life' and the battles he fought.
Perry died on October 28, 2023, at age 54, from the acute effects of ketamine. Five people were later sentenced in connection with the case.
