Charlie Cox, who plays Matt Murdock, shared the stage with Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones) and Finn Jones (Iron Fist) to show a first look at Season 3 of 'Daredevil: Born Again' — billed by Marvel as the third and final season. When the ending was mentioned, fans booed loudly, according to Bleeding Cool.
Cox responded by suggesting fans gear up for a second #SaveDaredevil campaign after the season drops on Disney+ in 2027. 'The first time we were all back together again, it was like 2016 all over again,' the actor said, per Marvel's website. Mike Colter didn't attend but is set to return as Luke Cage, completing the Defenders, who had their own Netflix series in 2017 before the platform's Marvel shows were canceled in 2019.
The footage showed Murdock fighting in a prison jumpsuit. At the same panel, Marvel announced the live-action series 'Zodiac', due in 2028, three new 'Marvel Zombies' specials beginning Halloween 2027, and a Jan. 13, 2027 date for Season 2 of 'Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man'.
