In the week Caldeirão celebrated five years under his command on Globo, it's worth looking at where Marcos Mion recharges. The host lives with his wife, Suzana Gullo, and their three children, Romeo, Donatella and Stefano, in a house nicknamed 'Casa da Vista' in Porto Feliz, in the São Paulo countryside, about two hours from the state capital. The property, valued at roughly R$ 8 million (about US$ 1.5 million), sits in Fazenda Boa Vista, one of the most exclusive gated communities in the country, with monthly fees estimated at R$ 4,000 to R$ 5,000.

Outside, the house feels like a resort: a private lake, a pool ringed by a wooden deck, an outdoor fireplace, and tennis and basketball courts — the latter, according to Gazeta de S.Paulo, a special request from Mion so he could play with his kids. There are four bedrooms and glass-enclosed verandas that flood the rooms with natural light and open onto the garden. There is also a guest wing designed to give visitors independence, described as a true 'private hotel'.

Inside, the décor is minimalist, with neutral tones and spacious rooms — plus an unmistakable Mion signature: a life-size Spider-Man statue rules the living room. Beyond the walls, the community offers a golf course, an equestrian center, a spa and even a petting farm. It's the backstage of a host who started at MTV, moved through Record, took over Caldeirão in 2021 and saw the show renamed after him in 2022 as Caldeirão com Mion.
