According to Metrópoles, prosecutors are examining 'possible irregularities' in an R$11 million contract signed by Tron Atividades de Apoio à Educação Ltda. with the state's Education Department.
The deal, signed on August 19, 2025, covers the delivery of 15,000 robotics kits and teacher training in 100 public schools. It was initially worth R$4.99 million and grew through amendments. The contract was awarded without a bidding process, using federal education funds, and Piauí's Court of Accounts received a complaint alleging the company was improperly favored.
Whindersson's legal team says the artist 'is not part of the corporate structure' of the company under investigation. According to his lawyers, his stake is limited to the company that owns the teaching method, which is licensed to various distributors.
