Ballot number 24024, the 'No Meio' party and 110,000 fake votes: Ana Bafo de Rola, comedian Ney Lima's fake candidate, takes over Brazil's feeds after round one
The character created by the Bahia influencer 'celebrates' an imaginary win for federal deputy, going viral again five years after her first joke campaign.

In the bit, she runs for federal deputy under number 24024 for the made-up 'No Meio' party, in videos that mimic the tone of campaign ads.
After the first round of the 2026 election, new videos began 'announcing' her victory with about 110,000 votes, over 56% of the total — figures that exist only within the joke. According to Metrópoles, the success comes from double-entendre catchphrases and irony aimed at politics; on Instagram, the creator makes clear the character exists purely for comedy.
It is not Ana's political debut: in 2021 she went viral as a fake city council candidate, using the same number. In 2025, the city council of Serrinha, in Bahia, passed a motion of praise for the comedian, who showed up in character to receive it. Ney Lima describes her as sharp, critical and light-hearted — a mirror of national politics.
