'I don't believe it even makes sense': ex-Rockstar designer pours cold water on GTA 6 for Switch 2
Jérémy Hartvick says GTA's audience isn't Nintendo's and that a weaker version would put the game at risk.

Jérémy Hartvick, a former open-world designer at the studio, told YouTube channel Kiwi Talkz that he doesn't believe a version for Nintendo's console even makes sense.
His first concern is audience: Hartvick said he isn't sure GTA's buyers are the same people who play on Switch. The second is technical: there would be a risk of delivering a subpar experience if the game didn't run exactly as it does elsewhere. He allowed that a streaming version could work, but sees little chance of a port right now. Nintendo Wire, which reported the remarks, pushed back, noting the Switch 2 performs comparably to the Xbox Series S.
GTA 6 launches November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S only. Rockstar has never announced a PC or Nintendo version.
