Jason and Lucia in a 'Pulp Fiction'-style diner: fashion magazine sells out in minutes with new GTA 6 images

GTA 6's campaign has reached fashion magazines. Issue 27 of Britain's LOVE Magazine, with Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos on the cover, revealed four new images from the game, with the couple having dinner and playing pool, and sold out in preorders within minutes. The magazine, priced at 25 euros, hits newsstands on October 5.

In the interview, Rockstar writer Elizabeth Gauvey-Kern says the goal was for both to be 'vulnerable, tough, flawed, right sometimes, wrong sometimes.' Lucia is driven by a desire to better her life; Jason is shaped more by circumstance. Senior VP of narrative Rupert Humphries calls the fictional state of Leonida a 'pressure cooker for all kinds of insanity' and says the pair's dreams are modest: owning a home, supporting family and getting out of debt.

One image, set in a diner, became a Reddit talking point for its resemblance to the robbery scene in 'Pulp Fiction,' with Jason's outfit echoing Tim Roth's character in Tarantino's film. Rockstar has not confirmed whether the nod is intentional. GTA 6 launches November 19 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
