A rematch in Rio, Ebony on stage and a Worlds shortcut: LOS and FURIA battle for the CBLOL title on Saturday
Both teams are already headed to Worlds, but whoever lifts the trophy at Arena Carioca 1 skips the Play-In and goes straight to the Swiss Stage in the US.
Foto: Itatiaia/ReproduçãoBrazil's CBLOL crowns its second-split champion this Saturday (Oct. 10) at 1 p.m. local time at Arena Carioca 1 in Rio de Janeiro's Barra Olímpica. LOS and FURIA run back the first-split final, which FURIA won 3-1 in June, making this the first rematch final in Brazilian League of Legends in more than two years. Doors open at 10 a.m., and the show starts with an opening performance by singer Ebony plus an IDL vs. Sucata showmatch.
Both teams have already locked in Worlds spots, but the title still matters: the champion goes straight to the Swiss Stage in Allen, Texas, from Oct. 23, while the runner-up has to play the Play-In in Los Angeles from Oct. 15 to 18. LOS reached the final through the upper bracket, coming back to beat Verduxa 3-2 and then topping FURIA 3-1. FURIA fought back through the lower bracket and swept LOUD 3-0.
There is also a record on the line. Having won the LTA South 2025 second split and the CBLOL 2026 first split, FURIA can match the legendary INTZ 'Exodia', which won all three finals it played with the same roster. Outside the arena, Kia, Red Bull and Sadia are running fan activations, and upper-ring tickets sold for R$150 at full price. According to The Gaming Era, only a few tickets were left.
