The BigHit Music group picked up its 12th music show trophy for 'REDRED' on Friday (Oct. 2), this time on KBS 2TV's Music Bank — without even stepping on stage: the show did not air a new episode this week and announced the result only on its official website.
On the K-Chart for the week of Sept. 21–27, CORTIS scored 5,315 points. In second place was i-dle's Soyeon with 'I'm gonna TOESA' (3,476), and in third, trot singer Lim Young Woong with 'ToTo' (2,768).
The streak of trophies confirms 'REDRED' as one of K-pop's strongest hits of the season and keeps the group, one of the newer acts from BTS's label, in the conversation as the boy group sensation of the year.
