Orixás on the walls, Pedra da Gávea views and a soap-opera set: inside Anitta's R$ 11 million mansion in Rio

At the center of this week's conversation, the singer has lived since late 2024 in an Itanhangá home that sat on the market for years and was renovated by more than 100 workers in six months.

Anitta has been at the center of the week's conversation, but she unwinds at a very quiet address in Rio's West Zone. Since December 2024, the singer has lived in a mansion inside a gated community in Itanhangá, Barra da Tijuca, overlooking Pedra da Gávea. The property was listed at R$ 11 million before the purchase and carries an annual property tax of R$ 31,136.40, according to CNN Brasil. The house sat on the market for years and already had its own fame: it was a location for Manoel Carlos's 2014 telenovela 'Em Família,' in scenes with the characters Marina and Clara.

Renovation began in June 2024. It was planned to take a year and a half, but more than 100 workers finished it in six months. The decor is a statement of Brazilian identity: a large panel by artist Bruno Lyfe in the living room by the stairs; 24 clay pieces made by women artisans from the Instituto Maria do Barro in Planaltina, inspired by favelas; and the painting 'Divindades' by Bahian artist Alexandre Feliciano, featuring several orixás. Before moving in, Anitta performed a cleansing ritual and broke in the gym with her mother.

In April 2026, she opened her doors on the 'Pode Entrar' segment of 'Em Família com Eliana' and showed the latest addition: a brand-new living room created in a second renovation, since she used to host friends in the bedrooms. On the show, the singer stressed that everything she owns was earned through music and talked about a new personal and professional phase, without revealing details of upcoming projects.
