Filming runs through the final, expected in December, and the influencer will have simultaneous Portuguese translation to interact with contestants and fellow judges.
Her arrival had some hiccups. Gkay said she was initially stopped at immigration because her old passport photo didn't match her current look, and her luggage was lost, leaving her in Tbilisi with a single bag of essentials.
After the check, she was allowed into the country. The new gig expands the international reach of the comedian and host from Ceará.
