A forged DNA test, a Bangu 'arrest' that never happened and a court notice in a drawer: the fake news about Virginia and Zé Felipe's daughter, explained

An influencer spread a fake paternity test for Maria Alice naming Pedro Rezende as her father; the singer blew up again this week and is citing the courts.

It all started in September, when influencer Marcelo Wilman, known as Marduzinn, posted a doctored image simulating a DNA test for Maria Alice, the eldest daughter of Virginia Fonseca and Zé Felipe. The fake document claimed the singer was not the girl's father and named YouTuber Pedro Rezende, aka Rezendeevil, Virginia's ex-boyfriend, as the biological father. To make it look credible, it even came with a supposed hospital statement. According to Pipoca Moderna, the content topped 2.7 million views.

The story got even stranger: Marduzinn posted that he had been taken to the Bangu prison complex, and a note attributed to his defense mentioned preventive detention. Later, his own representatives said he had only given a statement at a police station in Barra da Tijuca and was released. Pedro Rezende denied everything, called the case an 'absurdity for views' and said he took legal action. Zé Felipe demanded a public retraction and said lying about a child crossed the line.

This week the rumor resurfaced with old videos taken out of context, and the singer lost his patience again. In a video on Wednesday (Oct. 7), he said a court notice had already been delivered to the person responsible, but the posts continued: 'The court document gets there and the handsome guy, I think he must have put it in a drawer.' And he warned: 'I don't care when it's about me, but when you mess with my kids, brother, I won't let it go.' Virginia has not commented.
