'I had a good cry': Carlinhos Maia returns to social media after going quiet, talks about hard days and deletes his stories
The Brazilian influencer apologized for his absence, said he let himself be vulnerable and promised to come back, but took the posts down before 24 hours.

'Sorry for disappearing, yesterday and today were really...' the influencer began, without finishing the sentence.
He said those were days of bad thoughts, and that this time he chose to feel what he was feeling instead of hiding it, as he says he usually does because of the constant online exposure. 'It's very good to remember that we're human. Tomorrow, later, I'll be back,' he said, before admitting: 'Oh, I had a good cry too.'
Carlinhos deleted the stories himself before they hit the 24-hour mark, but clips were already circulating among fans, who flooded social media with messages of support.
